About Peter

Peter Markgraaff is a relational leader, published author, speaker, and equipper who loves sparking others to live out their Kingdom purpose. Married to Ilana for 35 years, Peter is father to three sons and grandfather to three grandchildren. For 36 years he has faithfully followed the call of God, walking with the Lord and pioneering churches, schools, ministries, and businesses across three continents—born in South Africa, he also lived a decade in the United Kingdom and a decade in the United States.

A long-time resident of the DC area (formerly on Capitol Hill and now in Virginia), Peter remains actively engaged with leaders in church, business, education, and government. He mentors and catalyzes leaders, helping them discover and deploy the gifts God gave them for meaningful impact. Today he is gathering leaders for practical conversations about strategy and implementation—calling for a reform and reset that re-centers priorities on the Kingdom of God.

Warm, wise, and deeply committed to equipping others, Peter carries a father’s heart and a prophetic sense of purpose. With a devotion to articulating revelation and understanding of Kingdom ways, he helps leaders translate spiritual insight into practical strategies that bring lasting transformation in their spheres of influence.
